The thrust bearing has been designed as the mechanical device that engages/disengages the pressure plate from the transmission. The KIA thrust bearing has been designed and rigorously tested to ensure the proper operation of the transmission. It is made from the correct grade of composites that ensure the long-term operation of the clutch system, which is free from vibration promoting driver comfort.
